Most locations can be served through our delivery and courier partners. For remote or difficult-to-reach locations, customers may be asked to collect their order from the nearest accessible delivery point or courier hub.
2. Delivery Partners
Depending on the order and destination, Aqeen may use third-party delivery and courier services such as Steadfast, Pathao, or other suitable delivery partners.
The delivery partner may vary depending on product size, destination, service availability, and other logistical requirements.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times depend on:
- Delivery location
- Product availability
- Product size
- Courier service
- Order confirmation time
- Weather or other operational conditions
- Public holidays or unforeseen events
The estimated delivery time shown at checkout, on the product page, or communicated by Aqeen should be considered an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery deadline.

Delivery charges may vary depending on:
- Product
- Delivery location
- Order size
- Product dimensions or weight
- Courier
- Delivery service
Any applicable delivery charge will be communicated during the ordering process.
5. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible products and locations.
However, certain products may require an advance delivery or courier charge before dispatch.
Where an advance delivery charge is required, customers will be informed before the order is dispatched.
6. Remote Locations
Some areas may not be directly accessible by our delivery partners.
In such cases, customers may be asked to collect their order from:
- A nearby accessible location
- A designated delivery point
- The nearest courier hub
Our team will communicate the available arrangement where applicable.
7. Receiving Your Order
Customers should inspect the package at delivery whenever possible.
For high-value, fragile, or electronic products, we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video.
If the package or product has visible external damage at the time of delivery:
- Inform the delivery person immediately.
- Do not accept the damaged package where appropriate.
- Do not make COD payment for an order you refuse because of visible damage.
- Contact Aqeen as soon as possible.
8. Damaged Products During Delivery
If a product is damaged during courier handling, Aqeen will review the claim and arrange the appropriate resolution where the damage is confirmed.
The resolution may include:
- Replacement
- Repair/service
- Refund
Customers should keep the product, packaging, and shipping materials until Aqeen completes the review.
9. Failed Delivery
If a customer is unavailable when delivery is attempted, the courier may make another delivery attempt.
If Aqeen can contact the customer, we will try to arrange another delivery day where possible.
If an order cannot be delivered because the customer remains unavailable or unreachable, applicable delivery and return costs may apply.
For prepaid orders, any eligible refund may be processed after applicable delivery/return costs are accounted for.
10. Address Changes
Customers should provide an accurate and complete delivery address and contact information.
If you need to change your delivery address, contact Aqeen as soon as possible.
Address changes may not be possible after an order has been dispatched.
11. Large & Heavy Products
Large appliances and other heavy products may have different delivery arrangements from standard parcel deliveries.
Delivery timing, charges, installation, and handling may vary depending on the product and location.
Product-specific delivery conditions will apply where stated.

Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to circumstances outside Aqeen's direct control, including:

Aqeen will make reasonable efforts to assist customers when delivery delays occur.

FAQs
A client that's unhappy for a reason is a problem, a client that's unhappy though he or her can't quite put a finger on it is worse. Chances are there wasn't collaboration, communication, and checkpoints, there wasn't a process agreed upon or specified with the granularity required.
It's content strategy gone awry right from the start. Forswearing the use of Lorem Ipsum wouldn't have helped, won't help now. It's like saying you're a bad designer, use less bold text, don't use italics in every other paragraph. True enough, but that's not all that it takes to get things back on track.
If that's what you think how bout the other way around? How can you evaluate content without design? No typography, no colors, no layout, no styles, all those things that convey the important signals that go beyond the mere textual, hierarchies of information, weight, emphasis, oblique stresses, priorities, all those subtle cues that also have visual and emotional appeal to the reader. Rigid proponents of content strategy may shun the use of dummy copy but then designers might want to ask them to provide style sheets with the copy decks they supply that are in tune with the design direction they require.

Then the question arises: where’s the content? Not there yet? That’s not so bad, there’s dummy copy to the rescue. But worse, what if the fish doesn’t fit in the can, the foot’s to big for the boot? Or to small? To short sentences, to many headings, images too large for the proposed design, or too small, or they fit in but it looks iffy for reasons.
